Tuggerawong Public Preschool
Work is underway to deliver a new public preschool at Tuggerawong Public School. The new public preschool will provide a safe and engaging environment for preschool children.
It will feature specially designed rooms and a quality outdoor play area.
The Preschool will accommodate up to 40 children per day and will include:
• 2 preschool rooms
• an outside play area
• administration area, amenities, staff kitchen and storage.

Update March
Site establishment is now complete. The basketball court has been demolished to make way for the new building.
Services installation through the school grounds has been completed, with affected areas reinstated with turf.
Bored piers and excavation for the retaining wall footings are also complete, and the concrete has been poured. Detailed excavation is currently underway to prepare the site for the next stage of construction.
Next Steps
Over the coming weeks, works will progress the floor framing. Once floor framing is underway, wall framing will follow, allowing the building structure to begin taking shape.
